Last month, I had the opportunity to speak at Web Summit Vancouver and it was a dream! I’ve met so many fascinating people each day who are using tech and capital to create meaningful change. I’ve been surprised and delighted by how many conversations centre on positive change.

In this session, I explore how supporting a new generation of journalists and creators to build sustainable news outlets is reshaping the media landscape. Thank you to Megan Stewart, Executive Producer of News and Digital Video at the CBC, for joining me on stage!

Watch the full panel to learn about how I turned Indiegraf into reality and examples of journalist entrepreneurs who are creating real impact in their communities. I’d love to hear your thoughts — drop me a line at herstartuplife@indiegraf.com.
